We are comprised of partners who are concerned about the health and wellness of York County residents, including: Carolina Community Action - head Start, Catawba Indian Nation, City of Rock Hill, Clemson Extension, DHEC, Piedmont Medical Center, Rock Hill Schools, United Way of York County, SC and Winthrop University.
